The Local Government Transparency Briefing Paper confirms that “Parish councils with a ‘turnover’ of between £25,000 and £200,000 will be expected to follow the Local Government Transparency Code applicable to those with a gross income or expenditure over £200,000 but are not legally required to do so.”
With this in mind, East Goscote Parish Council publishes all expenditure, other than those that breach data security.
